How we handle your data.

1. Data controller
The data controller is Barış Can AYDINTÜRK Şahıs Firması (sole proprietorship), trading as BCA SOFT. Contact: info@bcasoft.net.
2. Personal data we process
- Contact form: your name, email address, company, area of interest and the content of your message.
- Technical data: your country (derived from your connection), the language of the site, the time of the request and the result of the security check. Your IP address is processed by Cloudflare to protect the form against abuse.
3. Purposes
- To read and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
- To send you an automatic confirmation that your message was received.
- To keep the website and the form secure and free of spam.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box, and, where applicable, our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and securing our services, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR.
5. Recipients and transfers
Your data is shared only with the service providers that make the form work: Cloudflare (website hosting, security check, email routing and a backup copy of the message), Resend (delivery of emails) and Google (the mailbox in which enquiries are received). These providers may process data outside Turkey. Transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. We do not sell your data.
6. Retention
The backup copy of your message is deleted automatically after 12 months. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, to maintain a business relationship or to meet legal obligations, and are then deleted.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to results that harm you, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to info@bcasoft.net.
8. Cookies and storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may temporarily store the detected site language, and the security check may use technical storage to tell people from bots.

2. İşlenen kişisel veriler
- İletişim formu: adınız ve soyadınız, e-posta adresiniz, şirketiniz, ilgi alanınız ve mesajınızın içeriği.
- Teknik veriler: bağlantınızdan türetilen ülke bilgisi, sitenin dili, isteğin zamanı ve güvenlik doğrulamasının sonucu. IP adresiniz, formun kötüye kullanımına karşı korunması amacıyla Cloudflare tarafından işlenir.
3. İşleme amaçları
- Talebinizi incelemek ve yanıtlamak, gerekiyorsa teklif hazırlamak.
- Mesajınızın alındığını bildiren otomatik bir onay e-postası göndermek.
- Web sitesinin ve formun güvenliğini sağlamak, istenmeyen iletileri önlemek.
4. Hukuki sebep
Verileriniz, onay kutusunu işaretleyerek verdiğiniz açık rızanıza ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde talepleri yanıtlama ve hizmetlerimizin güvenliğini sağlama yönündeki meşru menfaatimize dayanılarak, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun (KVKK) 5. ve 6. maddeleri ile, uygulanması hâlinde GDPR çerçevesinde işlenir.
5. Alıcılar ve aktarım
Verileriniz yalnızca formun çalışmasını sağlayan hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır: Cloudflare (web sitesi barındırma, güvenlik doğrulaması, e-posta yönlendirme ve mesajın yedek kopyası), Resend (e-posta iletimi) ve Google (taleplerin alındığı posta kutusu). Bu sağlayıcılar verileri Türkiye dışında işleyebilir. Aktarımlar KVKK'nın 9. maddesine uygun olarak yapılır. Verileriniz satılmaz.
6. Saklama süresi
Mesajınızın yedek kopyası 12 ay sonra otomatik olarak silinir. E-postalar, talebinizin sonuçlandırılması, ticari ilişkinin sürdürülmesi veya yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır, sonrasında silinir.
7. Haklarınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işleme amaçlarını ve alıcıları öğrenme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, aleyhinize çıkan sonuca itiraz etme ve hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle uğradığınız zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz. Haklarınızı kullanmak için info@bcasoft.net adresine yazabilirsiniz.
8. Çerezler ve depolama
Bu web sitesi reklam veya izleme çerezi kullanmaz. Tarayıcınız, algılanan site dilini geçici olarak saklayabilir; güvenlik doğrulaması ise insanları botlardan ayırt etmek için teknik depolama kullanabilir.
